You are still missing a replacement joker from Martin Crowe! Pick one of your existing 5 (Forsyth, Fox, Harry, Vardy, Clinton).

I don't think anyone else who croaked was missed from the list, I just did a quick skim and googled a few people, but if others could have a quick look as well.

I'll also start up the 2017 one in a few days...
