It's very good. So long as you switch it on in a fairly open area it'll get a satellite lock within 30 seconds or so, then seems to hold on to it as long as you stay outdoors - doesn't seem to flinch when running near high buildings or surrounded by tall trees. And there's endless fun to be had importing the GPS coordinates of your run into Google Earth and reliving it through the "Tour" feature.
