The locals do smoke a lot of dope. My theory is that there appears to be less anti-social behaviour in Canadian towns/cities as the youth are all stoned, rather than violently drunk as in the UK.

I still don't get why or even how they can smoke dope here.

I had one puff of something or other (count 'em - ONE) and it was so bloody strong I couldn't even focus for hours after.

Why the hell would people smoke that stuff if it makes you so spaced out
