Only train each muscle group once or twice max a week, give them time to recover, are you taking any supplements !!!!!!!
I used to use the cybergenics training method, it was brill and had fantastic gains from this system

Yes simply put, I trained 100% max for about 8 reps till failure, then down to 80% of the weight, then 60% to burn out on all muscle groups.
Its an old method, but its well tried and tested
Theres more to it, bit its a damn good training regime

Yup, train each muscle group once a week, compound lifts for the most part. Upped my protein intake and the only supplements I take are whey and vitamins/minerals. I'm not looking to 'get big' (very hard for women to do anyway) but I love feeling strong and being able to open jam jars for men.
