It's probably great, but $7.50 for a tiny bottle is usurious. Next time I'm in Penticton, though, I might try to track down his shop and get some Jamaican food.

Kale smoothie and a bowl of All Bran with apricot slices and skim milk.

I ate all that, then checked my Lotto Max ticket to see if I could afford servants to dress me
and carry me around. I thought "If I'm that rich, I'm not moving."
$2 winner; time to get going.

Look at Cora's Breakfast menu pictures.

For 'simple,' marmite on cheese bread is always a winner. Bacon sandwich does the trick for me when I sit down to watch the weekend footie.

I just bought HID a tiny baguette sandwich and cake in a local shop and it cost me $18. You could feed a family of four at Greggs for that.

Latkes with sour cream or apple sauce. Corned beef hash with fried eggs on top (I'm making that for supper right now).

I think it was the butchers string that added at least five dollars to the cost. Maybe they were worried it was going to escape?

Why on earth would anyone be angry at a food product that they don't have to eat if they don't want to? It's Gammonism gone mad.

Today's brekkie will be fried Weisswurst with scrambled eggs and toast. Would have preferred dark bread with fresh butter but not to be had.

Bev .. slice a thick piece of Challah or white bread. Make a pocket in the slice and spread softened cream cheese and some raspberry jam inside. Dip it in french toast prepared eggs and fry. Serve with syrup and more jam. Delish.
