Thank you both Karen and Frank - I think I'll give it a go - worth a try for my aches and pains - she has already told me i'm really tense so if she can loosen me up and nothing else that should be good!

Has anyone used this method of therapy? Did it work for you? Did you have any side effects? A work colleague practices this method and has suggested she might be able to help my painful feet

I had it done on a trapped nerve and muscle spasm, it worked ok. My FIL has bad arthritis and tried it, he was really impressed with the result.

Hi,
I had Bowen on a trapped nerve in my neck which I had left too long and was causing problems in my right arm. When I went for my first treatment I was very sceptical as it doesn't really seem as though the therapist is doing much but I have to say it totally worked for me.

I'm guessing like me not many people has heard of the Bowen technique?
