Hi Piff, I regularly have Bowen treatment for my back pain - it has been absolutely brilliant. When I first had it done I thought that it was really bizarre.

I can highly recommend it to anyone.

Thank you both Karen and Frank - I think I'll give it a go - worth a try for my aches and pains - she has already told me i'm really tense so if she can loosen me up and nothing else that should be good!

I used to work with someone who trained in this. I generally say tosh to alternative medicine etc, especially those that can do harm, but as far as I can see from this there are no adverse effects at all.

Some of the people I worked with went to her for treatment, including some of the doctors and they said it worked.

I had it done on a trapped nerve and muscle spasm, it worked ok. My FIL has bad arthritis and tried it, he was really impressed with the result.

Hi,
I had Bowen on a trapped nerve in my neck which I had left too long and was causing problems in my right arm. When I went for my first treatment I was very sceptical as it doesn't really seem as though the therapist is doing much but I have to say it totally worked for me.
Good Luck
