The weather is holding up fine. A couple of weeks ago it was COLD. But right now it's 1.51pm and its 24 degrees, which is just nice. Saturday was about 27.
We often have really nice weather way into October - but don't get fooled. It can be 25 degrees for Thanksgiving and -25 for Halloween!
I was just discussing that with my granddaughter - about the time when her Dad was about 11 and he and my older son and some friends were going Halloweening and her dad spent ages spiking his hair up. After about 5 minutes he came back and got a toque because it was about 30 below. Of course after putting a hat on the spiked hair was gone! I think that was the year we moved into this house!
