It kind of is since one must be of legal age to sell alcohol but not all cashiers in grocery stores are of legal drinking age.

I don't drink alcohol, that said, if I went into a bar a ordered a drink I would never tip someone for pouring my drink and leaving it on a mat, that is what they are paid to do! It isn't as if I would be permitted to pour it myself....

Matter of taste; Jameson's is the best selling whiskey in the world but I started on Bushmills as a wee gunner and still prefer it.
