know the feeling ours has been on nearly 2 yrs, everyone says how nice it is, one estate agent suggesting dropping the price to get interest and market it as offers over, but they only tried to get the lower price. Our new agent said it was the cheapest 3 bed he'd seen in the area so we put the price back up.

I came back last Thursday.

My trip proved to be very expensive, I broke my tooth on my first day and had to go to the dentist to have a crown.:curse: $925 later I now have a very nice new shiny tooth.

Fortunately I took out travel insurance so I can claim $300 of it back.

I have now banned myself from eating Walkers crisps.
