Small world, not many places in Penk to work at, i used to work at on Lyne Hill ind est until they moved to Acton gate.

I want to get rid of my laptop but I want to format/erase/clear the hard drive first - I can't remember how to do that.

My computer, right click on drive select option to format,

Hmm have you got something on there you don't want people to see, what with u being a Blonde Essex girl :p :D

If you've got the original software discs ( boot discs ) re-boot your PC using the disc it should clear everthing. Thats if your selling, if not unscrew it a hit with a hammer a few times ( its good for stress relief )
