Well the place is just south of Duncan, just off the highway and well worth a visit! I believe there are signs posted; I got there by habit! :D

Yes they do and they also have video goal judges.

But all that is mute if the ref loses sight of the puck, he is required to blow his whistle immediately and stop the play.

It doesn't matter if the puck ends up in the net or not, the play is dead as soon as the ref blows the whistle.
