Law is just plain hard, most difficult thing in my whole degree (made up of different disciplines) - you'll be fine at the resit.

Isn't it horrid..... that word "FAIL". In capital letters on my report!
I prefer to say I didn't pass!

(my re-sit costs $1100, which I feel adds insult to injury!!! plus the trip to Edmonton etc ....... I really SHOULD have passed the bliddy thing! )

Ouch. I guess I should feel lucky that this one is free. If I fail it again I have one last chance. Mind you the entire course cost me £6000 (edited to add that it was just a one year postgrad course). :scared: Do you have to do all the other parts again or is it just the one part that you failed?
