Someone is getting the evil eye it seems, and that someone could be me. He/she just flew up landed on the branch and almost dared me to take the shot.
Although reduced for web viewing this shot is not cropped.

Nope.

Carrying my laptop out to the deck is too fiddly.
(although I did do it for the snow pictures 2014/15...I suspect a bird may fly away )

I do have a digital camera somewhere but way too involved and almost impossible to hold steady when clicking.

There's a cardinal, well a pair of them, but one of them is fire engine bright red. They've both been flying around the block the last week.

It walked along the neighbours fence as I headed out to pick the little up from dance class.

Teasing me as I didn't have my camera.

They scarper the second they see me with my camera but hang around for ages when I don't have it.
