That surprises me too. I suppose it is by clinical judgement- we have interventional cardiologists on call 24/7 in the unit in Kelowna. They may have felt Magnum wouldn't need super urgent investigation/ intervention. It is likely a clinical decision by the docs who have assessed him. Probably more comfy in his own bed than a hospital bed over the weekend, twiddling his thumbs. I think here he may have been seen in Kelowna but impossible to say with certainty.

I've already contacted Arthur Miller with a pitch for his next play, working title "Death of a PI".

Ohh, that's not very good. But at least you're in the right place for observations and tests. Did you get a nurses phone number yet?

Well that sounds about right, similar to my experience. I hope all goes well for you and you'll get a diagnosis, treatment and be able to get on with your life.

Thank goodness you went in.. it doesn't bear thinking about what may have happened if you hadn't. Elevated enzymes are a usually a sign that you've had a heart issue.. I'm so thankfull you went in, now you can get the treatment you need!
