Sold on March 18th for $890,000. Which is all I could find online.
Currently this appears to be the least expensive house listed, but its a tear down

There is a 1bed in our building listed for 585,000 (2015 build) last sold in 2017 for 622,000 according to BC Assessment website.

I think the owner of that tear down is in an area needed for an important roadway to be built. The other owners have left and the land flattened. They are waiting for a big price from the city.
