Property Assessment
Hi everyone,
can anybody shed light on cost of the Assessment tax on a typical property.
Have heard it varies state by state.
This is kinda like British equivalent of Council Tax eh
just a rough guide as to how much we'd pay, on say,a 4 bed semi?
Thanks

Where are you planning on staying?
My landlord pays 1650 a year on a 3000sf 4 bedroom condo in Bangsar but have no idea of this is relevant to you as it varies by state.

Do you mean the %? Not sure, perhaps email them to find out. Iproperty.com.my should be able to give u a rough idea of annual rental rates.

after lots of deliberation..and some amazing work from Yvonne at Joy-Stay, we bagged for west malaysia in the end. maybe a little more advanced than Sarawak? and wife's family is in the west part.Wife says Sungai Petani area
would be good
just awaiting result of mm2h application.Yvonne reckons about 10 week wait.
