Default Pro and Cons to Living In Malaysia

The Pros are quite a few. Some that spring to mind would be....

Friendly People
English widely spoken
Malay language easy enough to learn if so desired
Multi Cultural population in the true sense
Great Food
Diverse landscape
Void of Cold weather
Cost of Living cheaper than West
Ownership of Property Allowed
Good Highways

Negatives

Heat can be oppressive
Public Transport not so great
Smoke from Indonesia during the season impact on health
Smog in KL especially
Car congestion in cities

I'm sure there's plenty more what do you think?
