Happy May Day
Hope you're all having a good holiday today. What's everyone up to? The bakedbeans have battened down the hatches. Looks like busy traffic out there today and LOADS of bikers heading for Bt Ferringhi I presume.
Some confusion on whether Monday is also a holiday. Some say it is a public holiday, in lieu of Wesak Day on Sunday. Others have said it is a working day. Anyway, I'm retired so who cares
I think Penang is also having a public holiday next Thursday too.... for the election I believe.

Should have been a holiday weekend what with the New Princess, The boxing match of the century...which I watched in the pub and which flopped, The Kentucky Derby, NFL Draft, NHL Stanley cup play-offs and Cadillac pro-golf.

Day off today for us and kids as work and school have given today as an off day in lieu of Sunday.

Seems to be half and half here. Some businesses closed, some open.
