Hi all,
Well, a new year and a new venture!
At last, all formalities are complete and my business is up and running. Charles Mann Training and Consultancy Sdn Bhd! Sounds British, strong and hopefully professional!
Thanks to everyone for their help and assistance with advice and pointers. Hope you guys will continue to advise and help promote the business on your Facebooks, Twitters and other networks! Please do feedback with advice too...

Hi mikemike
No I didn't in the end, because my business is 100% with Malaysians and in the local currency. Once I start reaching into overseas areas, I'll probably consider that.
So for the time being, I'm a Malaysian limited company with local bank account. Just doing business in Selangor and JB to start with.
