Yes, you can. If you download "The Times and Sunday Times" app onto tablet or 'phone (Android or Apple) you would be able to read that edition and any others that you have downloaded onto that device. A laptop or PC would require you to be online and logged into thetimes.co.uk . (I don't know if there is an app from Microsoft Store for this paper.)
