Sell a property in Alghero, Sardinia
Hello all,
I am new to this forum so excuse me, but I think you might be really helpful. My parents would like to sell a house plus a huge garden in a small village (called Olmedo) 10 min far from Alghero.
The house needs to be renovated as it was my grandma's, but as a whole it's a huge property as the garden has a lot of trees, and it's the perfect location if you want to enjoy the surroundings, and visit the beautiful beaches near Alghero.
After some investigations we think that English people are those who might be more interested in our property, but I have no clue on how to reach this 'market'. Do you have any advice for me?
Needless to say, I am available to give much more info on the house and the property itself.
