San Vito dei Normanni
Hi there
Thinking of buying a property in this area. Can anyone suggest Estate Agents to use or not to use.

Re: San Vito dei Normanni
I know it is not possible to name estate agents on this site but would someone be so kind as to mail me some names or by private message?
Thanks
Thanks

I'll be honest it's not an area of Italy I have heard of - where is it? Maybe giving a broader location will get you more responses? Plus you need to be more specific in your thread titles - I originally assumed you had started two duplicate threads on the forum and was going to merge them. I would edit the title of both if I were you to include the info you want.
Other than that, welcome to the forum and I hope you get the info you need!

Re: San Vito dei Normanni
go to www.fiaip.it and search for Puglia and Brindisi - it will bring up a list of all FIAIP registered agents in the area. There is at least one in San Vito. By using a FIAIP agent you will be assured of a code of conduct, professional insurance, and professionalism.

How's your Italian? The Italian agent we used is very good, but we used him through English speaking "facilitators". There are one or two to beware of too - perhaps we should continue this by PM's?
