The Vote is a Home Office responsibility, right?
There is an opinion piece in today Guardian concerning that Department's handling of another "overseas" issue - one that could impact on us, as it happens. It will be interesting to see if any of us ever manage to cast a vote.

It should be the Electoral Commission - in conjunction with the electoral services unit of your local town hall.
