New Flat in Brindisi

I picked up a new flat in down town Brindisi. I am from the US. I have a property named Manager Massimo. I wondering if anyone can provide some insight on setting up the utilities and internet remotely?

There is a "Massimo" apartment building in Brindisi, and it contains "managed" apartments, so I suspect that "Manager Massimo", is a typo or unwanted autocorrection.
