Thanks Pica, I have a bit of free time on my hands at the moment, laid up with a bad hip that is due to be operated on next month in Bologna. I am not accustomed to staying put so I have used my down time to perfect making coconut milk, oatmilk (for cappuccino it will froth up beautifully), golden syrup, study for my patente ( passed it!) and watch every series/ documentary on Netflix and Infinity .condensed milk and Marmite are next.
