oh sugar! When did that happen. I could swear I watched BBC news sometime yesterday. And to think I'd only just found it thanks to this forum. I had been getting addicted to Corrie!
What do I do now? Revert to Inspector Derek on RAI 3?

I still watch british tv but on a site I pay for,£5 a month and I get the iplayers too. It's called myexpatnetwork and it works well but these things have a habit of being shut down suddenly and as I'm a telly addict I like to have backup.
One that does seem to have been around for a long time is Filmon which costs about £7 for the basic package so I'm keeping that one in reserve

Ciao and thanks for that. I'm beginning to think that if I pay e.g. 5 sterling per month for a service via internet, I may as well buy a large satellite dish that will pick up the Astra signals, since I already have a freeview box. The box/dish I have now only picks up hotbird.(BBC World service).
With my deep pockets/short arms was trying to find a cost free service.
