Do I really need a solicitor?

Someone here recommended him and we were happy with him. I am sure he was happy with us too, considering his fees....but then, they are standard fees, so we would have paid the same to another notaio.

It is funny ... not in the ha ha sense.
Yea, I should have said 'strange' or 'interesting'. You can see English is not my mother tongue when I am tired. Boy, I am tired, cut the damn grass at 35 degrees Celzius....

I think your English is brilliant and never would have guessed that your mother tongue is not English.
Funny is correct - it was just I that wanted to differentiate between funny/strange and funny ha ha

Cutting the grass in this heat: surely you know only mad dogs and Englishmen go out in the midday sun

Yes, I must be a mad dog to cut the grass today. I did start at 10 am, but did not finish tidying up untill 3pm! And it was the steep bank, not a flat piece where you can use the lawnmover. Even my nice neighbour told me off saying I was red in the face...
Anyway, slightly OTT, shall I put some English flags on the house for Sunday?
On the side of the neighbours I do not like

BUT - if you're not English, why would you put up the Union Jack???
What are you? An alien? Something from Area 51? OMG - are you actually an American

No, no Anglosaxon blood in my veins and certainly not American.
Sorry you two, but have you seen the grammar and spelling of many Brits nowdays?
Anyway, I am not revealing my heritage, I need mystery around me
