I have recipe for sticky toffee pudding which include 'plain flour' . What is this equivalent to in italy please?
and is baking powder lievito in polvere?

Plain flour is everywhere and it's just farina 00. Baking powder is indeed lievito in polvere.

Plain flour is everywhere and it's just farina 00. Baking powder is indeed lievito in polvere.

Thanks. I've used 00 but didn't know if it is best fit for plain.

My son went to an Iper Tosano today, near his school and saw these ........ he sent me a message and then didn't buy any. How can any kid of mine be so ******* stupid?
