Bringing pets into Sicily
Can anyone direct me to a thread that deals with the legal side of bringing pets into Sicily. Or alternatively does anyone know what will be required in terms of quarantine period? My two dogs are 8 and 9 years old - I dont want them to go into six months quarantine if i can avoid it. I see that parts of Europe only require quite short quarantine.
I also have a one eyed cat - I am hoping rules are the same for cats and dogs?

Hi,
Do a search on Pets, I think it was DEBRA who fetched a dog over to Sardinia using BA, mega expensive though.

Have got all the details back today (which confirms the info on the suggested thread) The great news is that once we get off the plane there is no quarantine period for Italy. So we will all start our adventure together!
