The majority paying for the sins of a few.

Or as often happens in Indonesia, it's about money. Another tourist cash-grab by Jakarta.

The basic problem in Bali is that it's a Hindu minority enclave in a predominantly Muslim culture. Also it draws almost all the tourism in Indonesia.

Indonesia would do so well to follow Malaysia in giving foreign visitors a free extended period stay. Malaysia does 90 days and it sure does draw them.
