work visa... thoughts
well.. its strange how somethings "just happen"
I have been talking to a recruitment agency about some work etc.. in another country.. and they said." if you thought about oz, your skills would be in demand"
well to be honest the thought hadn't really entered my head.. but .. it was friday night and i thought.. well.. the internet is meant for browsing;
how long does it take.. ball park etc.. to get a work visa, if your being sponsored by a company..?
the reason i ask is that i am a NZ citizen.. and have been for years.. such that i could apply for citizenship.. and looking at the criterion.. i would say.. i would get it no probs ( fingers crossed etc).
so its about $490 Kiwi and takes approx 5 months to get the ok and then just the wait for the ceremony.. and then i can hop over the ditch at any time and its a matter of a stamp in the passport etc..
or would it be quicker cheaper to do it direct etc.?
just musing.. thoughts anyone?
