HI there

Can anyone tell me if going bankrupt will effect my visa application, as i was thinking of not paying any of my tax bills cause i dont owe anything the british goverment just hit you for anything and everything. So i was thinking of just going bankrupt and have a fresh start in oz. Iv'e worked hard all my life paid all my taxes and the british goverment just want more and more while there is people claiming left right and centre it just does'nt seem fair.

Sorry, I can't offer you any advice, but I am sure other forum members will do, some of them will not be very supporting.

BTW I don't think it affects your visa application but it depends what kind of visa are you applying for.

Not sure I understand - if you have "paid all your taxes" why would the government want more and more? Have you sought advice on this? Going bankrupt because you are hacked off is a bit extreme especially if you decide to return at any point.
