Default Will any July 2003 changes affect SDAS-139 class visa?

Dear Experts
Could anyone of you tell us whether any July 2003 migration changes will adversely affect the already lodged SDAS 139 subclass visa? May be experts like peter, mark, jeremmy, alan or george could give us a n advice on this.
thanks
with love

Bhanu,

Are you claiming MODL points? Have you read the announcement on the changes? The FAQ published by DIMIA is pretty easy to read, you know.

Thanks alan and peter.
Since 139 class is not points tested, change in MODL points or any other points does not affect my application. But I wanted to know from you is there any other impact on this visa class due to any new changes?
thanks

The 139 subclass is affected by the student changes, but only a small
number of students opted for the offshore 139 visa (as opposed to 882)
in any case.
