i had an assesemnt before and i sent the letter to DIMIA(Now DIAC)
i need a new assesment for anonther skill now
should the experience letter be addressed to "DIAC" or "ACS"????
the application should be going to ACS in any case......for skill assesmennt

Because getting references from ex-employers is such a pain, I just asked them to address it to "to whom it may concern", and print and sign a few of them at once. That way I don't have to go back in order to get more. I haven't lodged the visa yet, but ACS accepted it like that with no problems.

I have a similar...kind of....question

When getting references is it important for the employer to write the references with regard to the visa app. What I mean is - can you get away with telling them it's a ref for something else other than a residency visa?!

My line of work is going through a slight funding crisis and competition for work is high. Knowing I was wanting to p*** off to Oz would not go down well

Any thoughts???!
