We used visa burea submitted in June, meds and PCC sent on 5th feb, visa granted 21st feb. Cannot fault visa burea, always replied to emails same day, always somone to help over the phone. Definitely recommend.

Looks like there are many reputable agents out there steve as well as the two in your poll - if i was you i'd get quotes from all the companies recommended on this thread and go with the most competively priced one

Hi Steve,
We are using GoMatilda we submitted our 1st TRA ourselves and it failed
When we contacted GoMatilda we were told that they have a guy who basically deals with the TRA he is based in Australia saying that he responded to my emails very promptly, the visa application will be handled by an agent in their English office.
