Where are you 138's?
Hi
We have heard a lot about 136 applications and who is getting requests when, but wot about aus sponsored 138 applications. I cannot seem to find any movement on austimeline since December, surely this cant be right?
Both pre and post July applications seem to be at a standstill. Anyone in the category please post so we can get some idea of the time scale.
We applied March 11th and have heard DIMIA have checked references but since then nothing. In view of this we sent pcc and meds off last month (unrequested), also thought there would be a rush for meds due to the new 1st July processing rules (there wasn't!). House on the market and itching to get going so anyone with any news on 138's PLEASE POST and put me out of this misery/limbo/guessing land!
It had crossed my mind to get all docs back off DIMIA and re-apply (I dont mind paying again if we get it done quicker!) Has anyone thought about this. George do you know if this is possible.....advisable or not? I feel like at chicken running along a fence trying to find a way forward ...BUT THERE AINT ONE....ARRRRRG! Help I'm losing my sanity!

Well we were ack mid Dec03 and have not heard a word, have just sent off meds unrequested.Same class as yourselves.Hse decorated ready to go on market but dare not do so as have not clue whats happening now,where once upon a time you could guess to a certain degree by viewing timeline.Also there is the centrelink question brought into the equation?
Has anyone got any answers from a "credible source"
