What's happening in July
Why there are so many post on "pre-Jul" something? What's different from pre-Jul application and post-Jul? Is there any changes in July?

Yep, post-July 1st 136 applications seem to be fast-tracked with Meds/Pccs being requested within 7-14 days of applying!!! There are rumours that some people have got PRs within a month of applying.
