Default A Quick advice for MCP.

Hi everyone, this forum has really been a great help to me.

I've a little question to ask. I just wanna know if the MCP Certifications from Microsoft can be categorized as a Trade Qualification? in the online visa application form or shall I simply choose Others? from the options?

Also, I did self-study and didn't actually attend any institute for MCP, so while filling out the form, shall I write: Institute = 'N/A' or 'Microsoft Inc.'? as the certificates were issued from Microsoft.

Any advice would greatly be appreciated!

Thank you!

MCP is Microsoft Certified Professional, you need to sit a test to get the certification, this is the most basic certification of Microsoft. I'm not sure but at this moment whether you have to sit the Windows XP or Windows Vista test in order to get this certification.

Thanks for the reply Daniel.

Actually, I already have the MCP certifications. My only question is, while filling out the visa application form, what category (in the qualification page) shall I put this under?

Is MCP certifications called as Trade Qualification? or shall I simply select the Others option from the list for mentioning MCP?

Thanks Daniel!
