Restricted service at ACT office March 1
Following a reduction in services at the ACT office of the department arising from the effects of a severe storm, counter services are now fully operational. However due to the relocation of a number of staff, services in some parts of the business may not be fully operational until early next week. Telephones have been diverted and clients should continue to use DIAC's ACT and Regions Office telephone numbers.
Clients unable to reach their case officer should contact Fiona Allardyce.
