You are going to need a visa to get into Australia. It's not as easy as your uncle offering you a business. In order to get a business visa you will need to have years of experience running a business which has turned over a large sum each year.
You really need to contact a MARA registered migration agent to discuss your options. Do you have a trade/skill which might help you to get a visa on your own?

Like you've been advised to in another thread, you should also look at the Department of Immigration's official website http://www.immi.gov.au
