VISA GRANTED
Our visa was finally granted on 13th May 2008, after 23 months of waiting.WE are 138 visaholders

Are you still out of OZ?... When are you planning to come over and where?? We are in Melbourne, If there is any help/info you need just let us know... Been here three years after coming over knowing no-one and loving it here!

5th JUNE '06 - Application sent.
13th JUNE '06 - application received.
14th JUNE '06 - payment withdrawn.
7th JULY '06 - acknowledgement of the application.
14th MAY '07 - postlodgement enquiry.
18th MAY '07 - request for PCC, MEDICAL & AOS.
4th JUNE '07 - medical & pcc sent.
7th JUNE ' 07 - Ack of medical & pcc.
28th JUNE '07 - AOS bond lodged.
8th SEPT '07 - ack of AOS.
2nd JAN '08 - Job verification ( telephonic).
17th JAN '08 - mail from CO (doubtful about position at job).
Gave us 28 days time (14th FEB) to clear the doubt of position.
11th FEB '08 - Affidavit submitted
20th FEB '08 - PCC expired.
13th APRIL '08 - new PCC sent unrequested.
13th MAY '08 - VISA GRANTED.(entry date before 30th August '08)
I believe this wait has been rewarded. My brother has sponsored us but my wife is the marks giver.
