right then....
Have got agents...who have just emailed to say they have lodged our visa (temp 457). I keep reading on here how people follow their application at various stages. Is it possible for me to do this, as it wasn't actually us that lodged it. If so how, and where do I do it???

I haven't applied for a visa yet myself but from other posts I have read I think it might depend if it was and E application (online) or a paper one (sent in the post). The thing is, why have a dog and bark yourself?? I imagine that you are paying shedloads to the agent. I suggest you ask them this question.
Just proof read this and it sounds a bit harsh
I don't mean it that way, but if you are paying somebody to make this process easier, they should not leave you still having questions like this one.
