Red face which visa!

Good morning everyone,
I'm getting really confused now.
Just wanted to make sure we are applying for the right visa.
My husband is a print finisher of 15 years but with no qualifications, so we know we can't go through the TRA. We spoke to an agent who suggested a 475 visa. I've looked on the immi web site for that visa but it mentions that you need the " skills and qualifications " !He has the skills but not the qualifications!
Anyone else in this position, will we be applying for the correct visa?
Its so confusing!!!

Dear BF,

I'm reasonably sure that the agent wouldn't have suggested a subclass 475 if neither of you has an assessable skill. Make sure that you get the advice clearly and in writing.

Cheers,

George Lombard

Thanks George,
Would we be able to go across on a 475 visa, his skills are on the list.

Dear BF,

If you've spoken to an agent then you must know the relevance of an assessed occupation. No assessment, no skill :-(

Cheers,

The agent didn't mention anything about any assessments! All he said was that as OH didn't have qualifications he would have to apply for a 475 visa!
