Default How does it work?

Hi,

How would a family of 4 (2xadults and 2 kids (3 and 1)) get full residency in Australia?

Read a bit about it and really confused. Its a 3-5yr plan for us so if it would be easier having a skill then i would train for it and get some experience in this country.

If not then how is the best way to get into australia forever. We want to save up as much as we can and emigrate there and buy a house.

Matt

The first thing you really need to decide is whether Australia is the place you want to move to, rather than somewhere else, like Spain, or the USA....?

The main way for perm. residency is general skilled migration. For this, your occupation will have to be on the skilled list, meet the skills assessment of the relevant authority, and the points test.

There's lots of info available on the government website at http://www.immi.gov.au/skilled/gener...tion/index.htm
