Is the timeline for CSL, Non Sponsored from an HR country also withing 12 months?

The priority times posted (whether 12 or 15 month as posted here http://www.immi.gov.au/about/charter.../visas/8.0.htm) don't mention HR vs. LR. CSL non sponsored is Priority 4 and supposedly those on hand as of 23/9/09 should be finalised within 12 months of that date.

I just got mine this week and it only took 3 1/2 months.

Thank you for the updare. Can you please inform if you are from HR or LR? Which visa did you apply for ? Were you CSL, Sponsored or non sponsored?

LR, 175 CSL non sponsored. Also, I meant to mention in my previous post that they did previously list two different timeframes for HR and LR. They don't do this now it seems. The question is though do they still process LR countries quicker? This I don't know, I would say though that having a complete application was key to the speed of my approval. My agent got everything from me before applying including signed form 80, PCC's and I did my medicals imminently after filing.
