This is becoming exciting
At last a CO is assigned to my application, anyhow they asked for everything I didn't send in the initial application. This is big work for me now.

I have a query: They asked for my Wife's IELTS results, can I postpone these till the end before getting the Visa? if Yes, how to postpone the results?

You should be providing the IELTS test result by the date mentioned in your request letter .In certain circumstances , if your CO has requested for a reply within a 28 day period and if you are not able to take the test and provide results within this period then you can book the test as per the next available date and provide the test receipt alone .Later send across the results once you have them .

You must provide what the case officer asks for. If you want to pay the second installment instead of your wife's IELTS then you need to let the case officer know that.
