hi,
i'm a student and i'm thinking of coming to australia to work for some time.
is there any chance i could get a visa? what kind of visa do i need?

Assuming you're Polish you don't qualify for a working holiday visa.
Other work visas normally require an Australian employer to sponsor
you and these are difficult to get.
Your best chance is some kind of exchange or volunteer program, if one
exists that you are eligible for.
