Thanks, I had found that but wondered if aI have to just print out the statement and sign it. I was expecting a pdf or something.

Well it is same as with the other forms, print, sign, scan and email/attach to your application

Do we have to sign this, if we have applied online.
At the end of the online application there was a values statment & we just click on "Yes" to say that we accept, so basically we did not sign anything.
Do you think we should also print this out, sign & attach it ??

Actually, the reason I asked was because some people seem to be requested to upload them by CO's even though they applied online.

Not just some but everyone must sign these starting from October or November last year. There are two versions, for temp and for permanent visas.

Yes but the immi website says that this can be done in the application by clicking on the agreement. But, some e-apps have been requested to print it off, sign it and upload it.
