Hi all
Please please please can someone help. I have an appointment booked
with the solicitors on Friday I have my ex partner coming up to sign a
stat dec to allow our son to come and live in Australia (which believe
me was a nightmare trying to convince him) my problem is I still
havent received a copy of the wording for the stat dec helppp as
anyone got the wording they could email to me or post on here. Also
as there is no such thing as a custody order now does this make a
difference to the Australian immigration? Both my new husband and
myself have a joint residence order on my son which I suppose is the
same as what custody was?
