Default Unsure Of Any chance Of Migration

Hello Everybody
I was hoping that someone could let me know what the honest chances are, of
myself being able to apply for migration to Australia.
I know what i am about to ask would have possibly been asked before, but i
looked thru the FAQ, but could not see anything that specifically referred
to this.
I have friends who are currently living in Australia after migrating to
Perth 2years ago to work in the construction industry, and my friend who is
about to move to Perth Australia within the next couple of years, has no
problem getting residency as he was born in Australia (although now living
in the uk) holds an Australian passport. My predicament is that, i don't
have what you would call a specific trade or expertise in something. I am
currently 34years of age, ( with no ties) and have been employed in the
sales side of the commercial & domestic plumbing and heating industry for
the past 15years. I also returned to higher education four years ago to gain
extra qualifications in the information technology side of things, and will
have gained a diploma in computing by early next year.
What i really would like some guidance on is, If there was a possibility
that i could apply for migration, what route would be the best for me ?.
How many points would i require/need, to have any chance of getting
anywhere, and is there something that i could do to aid my chances.

I know that the authorities do open up there doors to everyone and say(**
hello welcome to our country, In you come**)
but i am sure some people out there like myself must be thinking the same
question.

Thanks to anyone who can give me advice

All the best

Thomas

Hi Thomas,

Everyone is welcome to Australia. It all depends on the points. My best advice is to send in a email to one of the agents like George lombard or Alan Collet from gomatilda or Jeremy. They will be more than will to give to initial free advice and guide you with honest answer.

Good luck and keep us posted.

Thanks Badri & Threlly for the advice and the names of the agencies you have
mentioned.
By contacting both of them, will they be able to give me a good indication
of what ones chances are without paying out a small fortune in the interim
?.

I was just hoping also to hear from someone who may have been in my
situation before , and ended up eventually with a successful outcome, or who
could guide me in the route they have taken.

but thanks anyone who can be of assistance.

Hi there,
i am with Concept Australia who are based in Manchester, they gave me an initial free assessment chat over the phone, saying i had a good chance, i then went to see them for a 1 hour interview/chat when i also showed them my degree certificates etc. which cost me £95. i was happy with them so decided to go with them and they then took the £95 from the overall cost of their services. i think i am paying about £1000. they have a website if u want to look them up and give them a call about your chances. other people have also used them on this forum, thats how i learnt about them. good luck and let us know how u get on
cheers
